ABOUT US

When it Comes to Sex - We Wont Get Weird

WontGetWeird, is a network of organizations and individuals who "won't get weird' when you need to talk about your sexual health.

You've Got Options!

WontGetWeird, is brought to you by Options for Sexual Health, the leading sexual and reproductive health Services agency in the province. Options for Sexual Health has been providing health care to British Columbians for more than 40 years.

We are a charitable non-profit agency with clinics and education programs throughout the province. We use physicians and nurses extensively in the delivery of our programs and are generously supported by volunteers, members, donors, government, the United Way, Columbia Basin Trust, and other funding agencies.

We are governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who have a broad range of experience and interest in sexual and reproductive health.

We operate a toll-free 1-800-SEX-SENSE line providing expert information, advice, and referral on all aspects of sexual health.

Our Mission:

To promote optimal sexual health for all British Columbians by supporting reproductive choice, reducing unplanned pregnancy, and providing quality education, information, and clinical Services.

Our vision:

Options for Sexual Health envisions a society that celebrates healthy sexuality, its diversity of expression, and a positive sexual self-image throughout life.

Thank You!

Options for Sexual Health would like to thank all of the organizations and individuals in the WontGetWeird network - without their dedicated service and commitment to access, this project could not exist.

Options for Sexual Health would also like to thank Sexual Health Access Alberta (formerly Planned Parenthood Alberta), who originally conceived of and implemented WontGetWeird. They have generously granted us permission to realize a WontGetWeird campaign for British Columbia.

Q & A

Do I have to figure out right now if I am gay or straight or bisexual, if I am attracted to both girls and guys? Does that mean I am either gay or bisexual?
